These large berries ripen mid-season, excellent fruit quality, high yielding and high sugar content. Vigorous upright growth habit does well in most areas with acidic soils. One of the hardiest blueberries, withstands -20 to -30 degrees F. Rarely bothered by late season frost. Berries are resistant to cracking. Blossoms are white often tinged with pink. Mature at 5' to 6' with a 5'-6' spread. Bluecrop is the most widely grown blueberry by homeowners.
