Ok, I feel like this is the apple that Johnny Appleseed was planting...such a pioneer of Americana and flavor. This handy dandy is large with red-striped fruit and good for eating right on the spot after picking because of its excellent flavor. He also comes with good storage life so he will wait for you. He also has superpowers in resistance to cedar-apple rust. This tried and true ripens in mid-October.
Apple trees generally need a companion fruit tree, such as another apple, plum, cherry or pear for cross-pollination. Crabapples also support healthy growth well! We recommend at least 2 varieties. This tree comes 5ft-8ft tall.
