McIntosh/Delicious cross. Dark red, good fresh eating apple. Long shelf life and is resistant to mildew and fire blight. Excellent pollen source. Ripens in late September. This empire strikes back with delicious flavor.
Apple trees generally need a companion fruit tree, such as another apple, plum, cherry or pear for cross-pollination. Crabapples also support healthy growth well! We recommend at least 2 varieties.
